Adherence to OHS and IPC policies. Responsible for the management of clean and dirty linen at the department level according to IPC policies and department systems. Perform restaurant service activities according to the HACCP principles and the policies of the restaurant service units. Provide assistance to the supervisor regarding general cleaning activities such as checking cleaning and household equipment and maintaining the linen.
