The main responsibilities
• Handling initial interactions.
• Manual handling activities (Sails and non-technical escorts).
• Managing multi-media activities and campaigns abroad (Interactions with proactive clients).
• Overall customer interaction and service improvement
• Supports marketing, sales and customer service processes
• Advance sales payment
