We also have a dedicated compliance team ensuring that ABACUS Insurance remains compliant at all times and assisting clients to comply with applicable legislation.

The capacity of the ABACUS Insurance business to underwrite Employee Risk Benefits is backed by both Hollard Group Risk and the Generali Group.

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for soliciting orders for products and processing sales in line with defined targets to assist in the achievement of Abacus sales objectives.


Marketing/telesales of products to existing customers

Maintain records of customer accounts

Deal with customers in a customer-centricity manner (Treating Customer Fairly)

Effective self-management

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric with a minimum of 6 months of strong telesales experience (short-term and long-term) in a call center environment in the Insurance Industry.

Package & Remuneration

R73 080 per annum + Pension fund
