Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Assisting in logistic department with invoicing and managing all orders coming in to insure that there’s efficiency in both operations and capacity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sending invoices & back up documents to customers
- Attending Client queries
- Track in-invoiced charges
- Receive and check deliveries by ensuring accuracy of the quantity
- Report any frequent shortages or spares.
- Ensure all products are correctly labelled
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 20 – 30 age group
- Matric
- Abled Bodies
- Any qualification related will be added as advantage .
- Physically Strong due to carrying of material.
