Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Assisting in logistic department with invoicing and managing all orders coming in to insure that there’s efficiency in both operations and capacity.

 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sending invoices & back up documents to customers
  • Attending Client  queries
  • Track in-invoiced charges
  • Receive and check deliveries by ensuring accuracy of the quantity
  • Report any frequent shortages or spares.
  • Ensure all products are correctly labelled

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 20 – 30 age group
  • Matric
  • Abled Bodies
  • Any qualification related will be added as advantage .
  • Physically Strong due to carrying of material.
